Reforest 20000 Mangrove Plants

Dans exactement 18 jours, notre campagne de collecte de fonds sur Global Giving pour le projet Reconstitution des mangroves au sud-Bénin va démarrer.

Chers amis et famille, après une enquête sur l'aspect végétatif des mangroves du sud Bénin, le constat est dramatique et nous interpelle tous, fils et filles du Bénin, de l’Afrique et du Monde entier. Après ce malheureux constat qui révèle un cassis total destruction des mangrove au sud du Bénin, et vu notre engagement à participer à l’adaptation et à l’atténuation des effets néfastes des changements climatiques, aussi dans l’objectif de l’atteinte des Objectifs du Développement Durable (ODD), je ne peux m'empêcher de penser à comment apporter notre modeste accompagnement à la reconstitution de cette mangrove en voie de disparition très avancée ... 

Le Bénin est l'un des pays qui subit les effets des changements climatiques, malgré le fait qu’il ne soit pas émetteur de gaz, le projet Reboisement de 20 000 plants de palétuviers sur GlobalGiving est de fournir un espace sûr pour toutes personnes pouvant aider ces populations environnantes de la partie sud du Bénin à la grande campagne de reboisement en palétuviers (mangroves) qui a une capacité d’absorption de CO2 dans l’atmosphère estimée à 20% et l'ONG YOUTH SERVICE AFRICA (YSA) s'engage à changer cela.
